This listing is for a laboratory testing service only and is not a physical product that will be shipped. Please purchase one test for each sample you plan to submit. There are videos and written instructions on the "How To" tab of this website to guide you on how to collect and submit your samples. 
Orders will remain open and will not be marked as fulfilled until your test results have been completed and delivered. If we are unable to obtain a definitive result from your sample, you will not be charged for that test and the credit will remain in your account. This service is not refundable.
